Protein Background GRHPR located in the cytosol, belongs to the D-isomer specific 2-hydroxyacid dehydrogenase family of proteins. GRHPR is widely expressed in liver. GRHPR has widespread tissue expression and is involved in metabolism. GRHPR is an enzyme with hydroxypyruvate reductase, glyoxylate reductase, and D-glycerate dehydrogenase enzymatic activities.
