Advance Payment is required for International orders. We accept wire transfer and L/C for international payments.
Purchase Orders (PO) must include the following:
- Company/Institute letter head
- Purchase Order Number
- Recipient First Name & Last name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Shipping Address
- Billing Address
- Product Name, Size and Catalog number
- Product Price
- Your Fedex or UPS account #. If you don't have one, please add shipping hand handling cost.
- Currency ($, €, £)
- Overnight Shipping and Handling: $38.75
- Ground Shipping and Handling: $10.00
If you wish to ship using your FedEx OR UPS account, please state the courier type and account # in the PO. Otherwise, please add $38.75 for over night shipping and handling or $10 for ground shipping. Most items can be shipped at room temperature however we prefer overnight in the summer season. Our warehouse need 2-5 business days processing time for most items. You will receive a tracking # once it's shipped. Our warehouse do not ship on Friday because we don't want our product stay over the weekend at shipping company's facility.
Note: Additional $20 handling fee is charged for liquid proteins shipped with ice packs & Styrofoam box.
