This matched Ab set contains the capture and detection antibodies required for the development of sandwich immunoassays to detect/quantify IFN-γ in serum/ cell culture supernatant. 

Optional: Biotinylated detection antibody

Applications: ELISA, IP-WB, FRET/TR-FRET, AlphaLISA/AlphaScreen, ultrasensitive PLA(proximity ligation assay), cell-                                         based RCA (rolling circle amplification), Luminex and other bead-based assays

Assay Range: 12.5 pg/mL to 800 pg/mL (as determined by sandwich ELISA)

Kit Contents: Reagents are sufficient for atleast 5 x 96-well plates
