This matched Ab set contains the capture and detection antibodies required for the development of sandwich immunoassays to detect/ quantify IL-3 in serum/ cell culture supernatant. 

Optional: Biotinylated detection antibody

Applications: ELISA, IP-WB, FRET/TR-FRET, AlphaLISA/AlphaScreen, ultrasensitive PLA(proximity ligation assay), cell-                                         based RCA (rolling circle amplification), Luminex and other bead-based assays

Reactivity: Human

Assay Range: 125 pg/mL to 8000 pg/mL (as determined by sandwich ELISA using cell lysates)

Kit Contents: Reagents are sufficient for atleast 5 x 96-well plates
