This matched Ab set contains the capture and detection antibodies required for the development of sandwich immunoassays to detect/quantify MCP-1 in serum/ cell culture supernatant.

Applications: ELISA, IP-WB, FRET/TR-FRET, AlphaLISA/AlphaScreen, ultrasensitive PLA(proximity ligation assay), cell-                                         based RCA (rolling circle amplification), Luminex and other bead-based assays
